Bryan Mathers
Cartoonist, Sense-maker, Founder at Visual Thinkery
Background
Initially a Software Engineer, Bryan has co-founded and grown a number of different organisations, including a social enterprise and a workers co-op. Since discovering the power of hand drawn visual communication, Bryan has (through a series of small experiments) become a sense-maker and cartoonist, a full-time role he's been doing through Visual Thinkery for the last 7 years.

Bryan is a contributor to the session 'Finding expression through visualising and metaphors' on the Making Sense of Systems Learning & Practice Series in 2026.
