This story follows Climate Farmers, an organisation working to scale regenerative agriculture and strengthen Europe’s regenerative agri-food system. As the organisation has evolved, its strategic choices have been shaped by a continued deepening of their understanding of the European agri-food system and the organisation’s unique role within it. They have approached strategy not as something fixed but as evolving through learning and relationships.
This story is about how, through inquiry, reflection and reorientation, we can act systemically at multiple levels, work with the emerging potential, feed learning into decision-making, and create living strategies for systemic change.
